Federal bankruptcy protection does not prevent you from paying the debts you owe. As soon as your case has been administered, you can make whatever arrangements you like to pay anyone you choose.
Rather, a bankruptcy case prevents certain of your creditors from demanding or otherwise enforcing payment on a specific debt. And if the discharge order applies, the creditor may never again demand payment from you on account of the debt. On the other hand, you may pay whomever you please.
